The requirement to produce or process products in cleanroom environments is becoming a crucial standard across various industries. The advantages of this practice include ensuring the necessary product quality and having full control over the entire manufacturing process.
Service
We designed a mobile cleanroom with high modularity. It can be used in different industries that need to move part of their production into a controlled environment. The supporting structure is made of aluminum; at the client’s request, a steel structure can also be built. If mobility is needed, investing in the more expensive material (aluminum) is justified.
The walls of the mobile cleanroom are made up of lamella panels. They facilitate easy entry and exit for both personnel and materials. The height of the lamellas can be adjusted to accommodate the production line, which may need to be partially enclosed by the cleanroom. The production line can also be in motion—when properly set, the lamella height does not hinder the movement of materials or the conveyor belt.
The filtration system made up of FFU units is installed in the ceiling. In this way, the space can be fully adapted to the production needs. The number and arrangement of FFU units directly determine the cleanliness level that the client needs to achieve in the space. These units filter the air using HEPA filters in the ProSafe design. This design is mainly recommended for the pharmaceutical and food industries, as well as for the Food and Beverage sector.
For this project, we designed our own measurement and regulation system. The cleanroom parameters can be set on the display. The client can continuously monitor two critical operating parameters of the space—the operating temperature and humidity. At the same time, they can see the operating mode of the FFU units and the filtration status. This monitoring is also carried out by our company via remote access. Prompt response to the need for replacing pre-filters or HEPA filters is, of course, ensured.
The greatest benefit for the client is undoubtedly turnkey project delivery. Our company manages the entire process of creating a mobile cleanroom—from identifying the appropriate solution and preparing a 3D design to installing the structure and commissioning the space. Final validation is carried out by our experienced validation technicians, with a validation report as the output. After completion, the client receives a guarantee of professional care for the new cleanroom. Filter management, periodic technical inspections, and revalidations can be provided on a regular basis, with their terms and specifics defined in a service agreement.
Modularity of cleanroom spaces is one of the key features we consider when planning cleanrooms. The manufacturing sector is undergoing dynamic changes, and when a space is designed as modular, it can be quickly adapted to new conditions and requirements. In such cases, additional modifications are less demanding for the client in terms of both cost and time compared to building new cleanroom facilities. Adjustments often involve only increasing the number of FFU units, changing the class of filters used, or replacing lamella walls with solid paneling.
If you value tailor-made solutions, we look forward to working with you on the implementation of your new cleanroom facilities.
